Festival homegrown heavyweights headline

The festival fun continues in May with more globe-trotting comedians in town. Award-winning homegrown heroes Cameron McLaren (6056) and Craig Quartermaine (ABC's Tonightly) will give you a taste of their upcoming festival shows. Fresh from competing at Melbourne International Comedy Festival, 2019 Deadly Funny winner Fabian Woods and 2019 Raw Comedy national runner-up Laura Hutchinson will lend support along with Raw State Finalist Jasky Singh and surreal physical comedy absurdist Nathan Lang, (Neighbours) direct from the UK + more TBA.

Festival season brings Zack back!!

April/May brings Perth yet more festival fun with comedians in town from all over the globe.

This month, much-loved WA musical comedian Zack Adams (Just For Laughs Comedy Award winner Shane Adamczak’s alter-ego) makes a long-awaited comeback at the Club where he debuted over a decade ago(!), ahead of returning to the Canadian Fringe circuit this year.

Joining him are homegrown heavyweights previewing their upcoming local festival shows: doughnut-loving Canadian Perthling Tor Snyder, 2018 WA Comedian of the Year Colin Ebsworth, and FRINGE WORLD 2019 Weekly Award winner Nicola Macri + more TBA.

And now we return to regular scheduled programming...

After a massive FRINGE WORLD season (which included drop-ins from alumni Dave Callan and Rove + hosting this year’s WA Comedy Award Winner, Umar Azad), we’re back with a selection of Perth’s freshest and finest stand-ups on the third Wednesday of each month. March has a Raw Comedy bent, featuring previous and current winners and finalists. Xavier Susai returns as our MC (after surviving a heart attack! and then walking the Kokoda Trail). Everyone’s favourite boy next door Matt Storer and ex-Sydney stockbroker Andrew Wolfe share headline duties, supported by 2018 Raw Comedy finalist and Best Newcomer Cal McLean, 2019 Raw finalist Camilla Boswell Hyde and this year’s Class Clowns (teen comedy comp) runner-up Roydon Elliott + more TBA.
