The search is on for Australia's funniest teen...

Proudly presenting the Perth heat of Melbourne International Comedy Festival's annual search for Australia's funniest teen: Class Clowns 2022.

This national comp encourages high school aged teens (13-18 years) to unleash their comedic talent and voice through stand-up, sketch, musical or physical comedy.

The winner of the Perth heat (hosted by Tor Synder), determined by industry judges, will compete in the WA State Final 6 March. Winners of each State Final will be invited to compete at the Class Clowns National Grand Final at the 2022 Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

Free registration for competitors (which includes a pre-competition workshop with a pro comedian) are open now at classclowns.com.au .

Comedy fans, reserve your seat to witness the next generation of Australian comedy talent, joining Class Clowns alumni such as Rhys Nicholson, Annie Louey, Aaron Chen & WA's own Joel Creasey.
